At Bible Clock, we want you to be completely satisfied with your investment. We understand the importance of choosing the right tool to stay spiritually grounded in the moments that matter most, and we’re here to help if things aren’t quite right.

USA Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your Bible Clock is delivered. To be eligible for a refund, the clock must be in its original, undamaged condition and include all original accessories (including the charging cord and power block).  

Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Both the return request and the shipment of the item back to us must occur within this 30-day period. Once this window has passed we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for non-damaged items.

Canada Final Sale Policy

• All sales for orders shipped to Canada are considered Final Sale. At this time, we are unable to accept returns, process exchanges, or provide refunds for international orders. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Damages and Issues: 

If your Bible Clock arrives damaged or isn’t performing as expected, please email us at hello@thebibleclock.com. We are committed to making it right and will guide you through the next steps once we’ve reviewed your situation.

How to Initiate Return:

1. Email us at hello@thebibleclock.com to request a return.
2. Once your request is received, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return your clock. 
3. After we receive and process the returned clock, we will initiate a full refund
